A special meeting of the members of Family 1^st Federal Credit Union will be held on Saturday November 22 2025 at the Crane Room Loft located at 3009 Wilmington Road, New Castle PA 16105 at 10:00AM.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider and act upon a plan and proposal for merging Family 1^st Federal Credit Union with and into First Choice Federal Credit Union of New Castle Pennsylvania.

Each member of Family 1^st Federal Credit Union eligible to vote will receive notice of the meeting via mail sent on October 1 2025. The mailing will include the notice and a ballot and postage paid envelope addressed to the CPA firm we have engaged to conduct the mailing. We encourage all to review the materials, vote and return their completed ballot in the envelope provided. Eligible members may also vote in person at the November 22 meeting.

The Board and Staff of Family 1^st recommend that members VOTE YES to approve the merger. Please note that we are unable to receive ballots in the credit union office and any ballots sent or delivered to the office will not be counted.

The last day of operation for the Family 1^st Moravia Street office will be Wednesday, November 26, 2025. It will be closing with the First Choice Federal Credit Union (First Choice FCU) merger.

On Monday, December 1, 2025 Family 1^st members will transact business at any of the following First Choice locations

• 2209 West State Street - Union Twp
• 1144 Butler Ave - Next to Save-A-Lot
• 2810 Wilmington Rd - Neshannock Twp

Each First Choice office has a drive-through, ATM and a night drop. Please identify yourself as a from Family 1^st and be welcomed to the First Choice family.
